The Supreme Court is finally considering overturning Roe v. Wade.

We don’t know what the outcome will be, but as states, we can stand up and push the Supreme Court by defying the unconstitutional decision set by Roe. We must overturn Roe v. Wade.

It’ll take all of us standing together to let the Supreme Court know we will not allow the continuation of this immoral and unjust practice.

Although Roe v. Wade is commonly referred to as law, Roe was never “passed” – because only Congress and the state legislatures have the authority to make law.

The Supreme Court’s role is to resolve questions of constitutionality and make sure that the states’ laws are in accordance with the U.S. Constitution. However, when the Court decided Roe v. Wade in 1973, it was treated as a “law,” and used as the foundation for many more wrongful decisions. It’s time to fix this overreach from the judicial branch, by petitioning the Court to stand up for true justice.

Across the nation, more than 3,000 babies are aborted every day. More lives were lost by the murder of the unborn last year than from Covid-19, heart disease, fatal car crashes, and every other fatal calamity. Over 66 million babies have died from abortions in the US since 1973.

Just last week, the left “celebrated” the 49th anniversary of the decision that has caused these millions of unborn children to lose their lives. Can you imagine how many more lives could be lost?

We have a chance to save lives and change history by making the Roe v. Wade verdict null and void.

The Supreme Court will decide Dobbs v. Jackson this year, and may potentially overturn Roe. It is up to us to make it clear that We The People stand against the practice of abortion, and demand that the Supreme Court overturn its unconstitutional decision.
