Dear Fellow Patriot,

Our state should be FIRST in the fight for liberty and constitutional freedoms.

My opponent is absent from the fight for freedom, and all of us are feeling the repercussions.

I’m sure many of you shared my disappointment when hearing that Rep. Dusty Johnson supported “half” of the $1.5 trillion pork package (HR2471). The bill was stuffed full of millions towards Green New Deal subsidies, “digital equity” and over 4,000 earmarks. As the Heritage Foundation pointed out, the omnibus bill was split into two votes as a political maneuver to usher in leftist policies and massive spending without transparency or vetting, under the excuse of “emergency COVID relief” (which was later withdrawn from the bill) and security funding. A “yes” on either portion was a “yes” to the entire bill.

Furthermore, Dusty refuses to support the cattle industry despite holding a seat on the Agriculture Committee. He has refused to support a companion bill for Grassley’s cattle market reform bill. I stand for ‘Country of Origin Labeling’ and will fight to reinstate it into our cattle industry.

Our farmers and ranchers are the backbone of our state, and Dusty has consistently failed to defend them.

Dusty’s actions speak louder than his words, and the people of South Dakota are showing the lengths they’re willing to take to remove him from office.

With the help of hundreds of volunteers throughout the state, we received over 4,200 petitions in favor of removing Dusty Johnson from office.

We beat Dusty with signatures, and we’re going to beat him at the polls on June 7^th, too!

As we continue to press forward, I’m looking forward to meeting many more of you at my upcoming events.

•   April 22^nd: Brookings County Republican Lincoln Day Dinner at the Swiftel Center in Brookings, 5-8pm.

•   April 23^rd: Lawrence County Lincoln Day Dinner at the Holiday Inn in Spearfish, 5-9pm.

•   April 29^th: Spink County Lincoln Day Dinner at Roosters Bar & Grill in Redfield, 6-9pm.

•   May 1^st: Milbank Taffy Talk at the Milbank City Office, 1:30pm CDT.

I hope you can come to one of these events, and would love the chance to speak with you and hear your concerns about the future of South Dakota and our country.

It’s up to us to protect our home and keep the establishment OUT of our state.
